As the summer comes to a close, and a new season is about to begin, I feel ready for a reset. As a teacher, fall is kind of like my New Year. I'm ready to start fresh. New routines and schedules at home, a new class of students at work, and making sure I'm making time to move my body, meal prep for my family, and get back into a healthy eating routine after summer vacation. Today I'm sharing a round-up of some of the best healthy eating ideas for fall.
